- Location data (active only during service visits)
- Work reports, service images, and service logs
- Payment, earnings, and settlement records
USAGE OF DATA
- Job assignment and service execution
- Compliance monitoring and internal reporting
- Payment processing and service settlements
DELETE SERVICEMAN ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION REQUEST
Servicemen may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any
time.
How to request serviceman account deletion:
- Send an email to response.ssengrindia@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: "Delete Serviceman Account Request – SS Engineers Field"
- Mention the registered phone number or email associated with the account.
After verification, the serviceman account and associated personal data will be
permanently deleted
within 7 to 30 days.
Data that will be deleted:
- User profile information (name, phone number, email)
- Location data linked to service visits
- Uploaded documents and photos
- Device identifiers and push notification tokens
- Authentication records
- Service history and order-related data
- App usage analytics and error/crash logs
Data retention:
Certain service records, invoices, or compliance-related data may be retained for
legal,
regulatory, or audit purposes for a limited period as required by law.
SECURITY MEASURES
- Secure authentication and access control mechanisms
- Location access strictly limited to active job execution
- Data access restricted to authorized administrative staff only
