DELETE SERVICEMAN ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION REQUEST

Servicemen may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request serviceman account deletion:

  • Send an email to response.ssengrindia@gmail.com
  • Use the subject line: "Delete Serviceman Account Request – SS Engineers Field"
  • Mention the registered phone number or email associated with the account.

After verification, the serviceman account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 to 30 days.

Data that will be deleted:

  • User profile information (name, phone number, email)
  • Location data linked to service visits
  • Uploaded documents and photos
  • Device identifiers and push notification tokens
  • Authentication records
  • Service history and order-related data
  • App usage analytics and error/crash logs

Data retention:

Certain service records, invoices, or compliance-related data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes for a limited period as required by law.

  • Secure authentication and access control mechanisms
  • Location access strictly limited to active job execution
  • Data access restricted to authorized administrative staff only
